Dependence On The Labors Of Others

A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depend on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the measure as I have received and am still receiving.

When working in a team, I have learnt that we should be looking at the value that we are able to contribute to the team. More than too often, we look at the reward first and many times this is the very reason a working relationship failed.

Making a difference is important...

But during early of 2008, the lesson i learnt is making a difference is only good if it makes things BETTER. Don't do it for the sake of doing it...

It is like playing chess. Don't waste your move, make every move for a GOOD reason.
